Runs alongside PushPress
Nutripy vs PushPress: add-ons, or one assistant?
PushPress runs the gym well: billing, scheduling, check-ins, a branded app. Growth lives in add-ons: automated nurture is the Grow suite, on an email and SMS spine. Nutripy is one AI assistant for the front desk and growth: follow-up sequences, website and WhatsApp answers, and a Business Copilot, on top of the system you keep.
The add-on layer is how studios start; we confirm fit with your system on the intro call.
See the comparisonPushPress sells the pieces as add-ons. Nutripy is one assistant for the whole job.
PushPress is an all-in-one gym management platform with real AI shipped: its AI Assistant, included on the Pro and Max plans, answers owners' questions and takes action inside Core. Nurture sequences live in the separate Grow suite, over email and SMS. Nutripy is an AI assistant for the front desk and growth: follow-up sequences, website and WhatsApp answers, and a Business Copilot, on top of the management system you keep.

Three jobs Nutripy adds next to PushPress
Everything below sits in one layer next to PushPress. Your billing, scheduling and member data stay where they are.
Follow-up sequences
The sequences you saw in the demo live in Grow, a separate add-on on top of Core.
Lead follow-up without adding the Grow suite
PushPress Core handles the gym; automated nurture lives in the Grow add-on, built on an email and SMS spine with WhatsApp listed as a reach channel. In Nutripy, sequences are the core product: lead follow-up, onboarding check-ins, win-backs, written and sent by AI.
PushPress alone: no automation in Core. The Grow add-on brings trigger-based sequences, sent over email and SMS.
With Nutripy: sequences are the product, not an add-on. AI writes each message and you set the level: suggest, approve, or automatic.

AI front desk
PushPress's AI assistant answers you, the owner. Tonight's question about drop-in rates comes from a stranger on your website.
A front desk assistant on your website and WhatsApp
PushPress's AI Assistant, live and included on the Pro and Max plans, faces the owner: it answers your questions and takes action inside Core. Nutripy's assistant faces your leads and members: it answers on your website and WhatsApp, books the trial, and hands over to a human when it should.
PushPress alone: the AI Assistant works for the owner inside Core. The lead asking about drop-in rates waits for staff.
With Nutripy: answered in seconds from your content, booked inside the chat, escalated when a human should step in.

Do you have open gym on Sundays?
Yes, Sundays 10:00 to 13:00. First time here? A coach shows you around at 10:00.
Can I try a class first?
Sure. Saturday 9:30 has space. I can put you in now, or we can sort it on WhatsApp.

Business Copilot
The assistant tells you retention dipped in March. The thirty check-in messages that follow are still your evening.
One step past the PushPress AI assistant
Credit where due: PushPress shipped an AI assistant that answers questions about members, attendance, leads, revenue and retention, and takes action inside Core. Nutripy's Business Copilot goes further on the outreach side: it pulls in conversations and staff notes, shows the chart, and drafts the messages the answer calls for.
PushPress alone: the AI Assistant answers the question and acts inside Core. The outreach to members is still yours to run.
With Nutripy: the copilot answers, charts it, and queues the follow-up sequence for your approval.

If you're a CrossFit or functional gym that wants one vendor for the whole stack, PushPress is a strong home. Nutripy adds the assistant for the front desk and growth on top.
Done with the add-on ladder instead? If leaving the stack is the decision you've already made, .
“If Nutripy disappeared tomorrow, we'd need hours and hours every week just to stay on top of who needs attention. And we'd still miss things.”

PushPress and Nutripy: what owners ask
Do I have to leave PushPress to use Nutripy?
No. Nutripy runs as a layer on top of the management system you already use. Billing, scheduling, check-ins and your branded app stay in PushPress; Nutripy is the assistant working around them: it follows up with leads, checks in with members, and answers on the website widget and WhatsApp.
Does PushPress have AI?
Yes. As of July 2026 its AI Assistant is live and included on the Pro and Max plans: it answers owners' questions about members, attendance, leads, revenue and retention, and takes action inside its management system. PushPress also says AI support resolves 60% of its own support conversations. What that assistant is not is a front desk for your leads and members on your website and WhatsApp; Nutripy covers that ground as one assistant: sequences, website and WhatsApp answers, and a Business Copilot.
Does PushPress support WhatsApp?
Partly. Its growth add-on, sold as Grow, lists WhatsApp as a channel for reaching prospects, alongside email and SMS, which carry most of the automation. How deep the WhatsApp side goes, templates, a two-way inbox, EU-style member conversations, is not documented as of July 2026. Nutripy is built the other way around: WhatsApp and the website widget are the primary surface, with full two-way conversations.
Is Nutripy a PushPress alternative?
For some gyms, not all. If PushPress runs your billing, scheduling and check-ins fine, it stays the right operations pick, and the answer is a layer, not a migration. Nutripy is the alternative on the engagement side: AI follow-up sequences, a website and WhatsApp assistant, and a Business Copilot on top of the system you keep, built in the Netherlands, EU-first and WhatsApp-native. If you want to leave entirely, you can ask us where the full version of Nutripy stands.
What does adding Nutripy involve?
One intro call, where we connect what you run and confirm fit. Then we load the playbooks other studios already run, lead follow-up, onboarding, win-backs, and tune the assistant's tone to yours. Expect a working setup in 2 to 4 weeks, with almost none of that time on your calendar.
Can Nutripy fully replace PushPress?
Not yet for most gyms. The full version of Nutripy is in early access, and we will tell you plainly whether it fits a gym like yours. Until it does, the usual path is the engagement layer next to the PushPress you keep.
Two ways to start with Nutripy
Pick the path that fits where you are today.
Add Nutripy on top
Keep the system you have. Nutripy plugs into it and takes over the follow-ups, answers, and insights.
Switch to Nutripy
Run your whole studio on Nutripy, end to end. Early access is limited, reserve your spot.
