Do I have to leave Virtuagym to use Nutripy?
No. Nutripy connects to Virtuagym and works on top of it. Your memberships, schedules and billing stay exactly where they are. Nutripy reads the signals and handles the follow-up.
Does Virtuagym have WhatsApp integration?
No. As of July 2026, Virtuagym's member outreach runs on email campaigns, in-app push notifications and community messaging. No WhatsApp channel appears on its site or integration marketplace. Nutripy adds two-way WhatsApp on top of Virtuagym: automated follow-up sequences, booking reminders, and an AI assistant that answers members and updates the CRM from the chat.
Does Virtuagym have AI?
Yes, on the coaching side. MAX AI Coach (launched 2025) generates personalized workout plans and the MAX AI Food Scanner (2026) logs meals from photos. Virtuagym has no conversational AI for member engagement: no AI follow-ups, no AI chatbot, no Business Copilot. That engagement side is what Nutripy adds on top of Virtuagym.
What does the setup look like?
An intro call, then we connect your Virtuagym account and set up the playbooks other studios already run. You build nothing. Your team has a working assistant in 2 to 4 weeks; most of that is tuning the tone and playbooks to your studio, not work on your side.
What does it cost?
It depends on your member count, so you'll get the exact number on the intro call, with no follow-up chase. As a rule of thumb: less than the part-time admin you'd otherwise hire for the same work.
