Runs alongside Walla
Nutripy vs Walla: what you switch to vs what you switch on
Walla replaces your management system and brings real churn prediction with it: WallaPredict scores every member's risk. What a risk score can't do is follow up. Nutripy is the AI assistant that does, on your website and on WhatsApp, with your approval. One is a platform decision. The other you add without moving anything.
The add-on layer is how studios start; we confirm fit with your system on the intro call.
See how they differWalla is a new system with a churn model built in. Nutripy is the AI assistant you add to the system you have.
Walla is a boutique studio management system for the US and Canada, and its WallaPredict model genuinely predicts which members are about to leave. Acting on that prediction still runs through rule-based email, SMS and push. Nutripy is the AI assistant that acts on it: two-way WhatsApp follow-up, a website agent that answers and books, and on-demand analytics, layered on the management system a studio already runs.

Three jobs a risk score can't finish
WallaPredict tells you where to look. This is the follow-up that comes after, and Nutripy runs it without a platform change.
Retention outreach
WallaPredict flags a member on Monday. The win-back email goes out Tuesday. Friday the score is still red and nobody has spoken to her.
The follow-up after the WallaPredict score
A risk score is a to-do until someone acts on it. Nutripy turns the flag into a two-way WhatsApp exchange: it asks what changed, offers a concrete next step, books the return visit, and reports back what the member said.
Walla alone: WallaPredict scores the risk, surfaces root causes and recommends tactics; the outreach itself runs as email, SMS and push campaigns.
With Nutripy: the at-risk member gets a personal message, the reply gets handled, and you approve before anything sends.

Your intro-offer automation fires at 08:00. Three replies ask about start dates and childcare. The front desk reads them at noon.
The reply Walla's automations can't send
Walla's marketing automations fire at the right lifecycle moments: intro offers, win-backs, lead follow-up. They don't answer back. Nutripy's agent replies from your schedule and policies, on the website widget and on WhatsApp, and books the class inside the same thread.
Walla alone: journey-style campaigns over email, SMS and push; replies wait for a human to pick them up.
With Nutripy: every question gets an answer in seconds, and the booking lands without anyone touching an inbox.

Do I need reformer experience for the intro offer?
No. Intro classes assume it's your first time on a reformer, and the coach sets up your machine with you.
Is there a spot tomorrow at 07:00?
Tomorrow 07:00 has 2 spots left. I can hold one now, or we can continue on WhatsApp.

Analytics on demand
WallaPredict flags 23 members as high risk on Monday. What it won't tell you is what they share, or which of them a message can still bring back.
WallaPredict predicts. Ask the copilot why.
WallaPredict scores the risk. The reason behind each flag still lives across your bookings, memberships and conversations. Nutripy's Business Copilot answers the question you type: it pulls those together, then returns the number, the chart and a suggested next move.
Walla alone: the dashboards and reports the platform ships.

Where Walla genuinely delivers
- Boutique-native studio management, rated 4.9/5 on Capterra
If you run a US or Canadian boutique studio and you're replatforming anyway, Walla is a strong choice. Nutripy isn't asking you to undo that: it's the AI assistant no management system ships.
Set on leaving anyway? Some studios outgrow the platform or want a different fit. If the whole stack no longer fits, .
“If Nutripy disappeared tomorrow, we'd need hours and hours every week just to stay on top of who needs attention. And we'd still miss things.”
Nutripy is built in the Netherlands and runs Dutch studios first.
Walla and Nutripy: what owners ask
Does Walla have AI?
Yes, and it's real. Its churn-prediction model, sold as WallaPredict and launched in 2025, scans bookings, attendance, purchases and payments to score each member's churn risk, surface root causes and recommend retention tactics. It's included in Walla's base plan. As of July 2026, what Walla doesn't have is conversational AI: outreach runs as rule-based email, SMS and push, not a two-way agent.
Does Walla have WhatsApp integration?
As of July 2026, no WhatsApp channel appears on Walla's product or pricing pages. Walla's channels are email and newsletters, two-way SMS texting on its higher-tier plan, and push notifications through the branded member app. That maps to how US members text. For studios whose members live on WhatsApp, that channel is the gap Nutripy fills.
Does Walla work in Europe?
Not as of July 2026. Walla serves the US and launched in Canada in August 2025; no UK or EU presence appears on its site. Nutripy is the mirror image: built in the Netherlands, EU-first, WhatsApp-first. In practice the two rarely compete for the same studio today; this comparison matters most if you're weighing both while planning across markets.
Do I have to leave Walla to use Nutripy?
No. Nutripy runs alongside your management system: scheduling, payments and memberships stay where they are. One honest note: Nutripy's strongest channel is WhatsApp, so the pairing pays off most for European and internationally-minded studios. For a typical US member base that texts, Walla's own SMS tools already match how your members communicate.
Is Nutripy a Walla alternative?
For some studios, not all. If you're switching management systems in North America because the system itself doesn't fit how you work, Walla belongs on your shortlist, and other boutique systems compete on breadth and workflow. Nutripy is the alternative when what's missing is the follow-through after a churn flag: an AI assistant on top of the system you already run, working leads and quiet members on WhatsApp and your website. You can ask us where the full version of Nutripy stands.
Can Nutripy fully replace Walla?
For most studios, not yet, and for a US boutique studio happy on Walla, it probably shouldn't. The full version of Nutripy is in early access and EU-first. If you're planning European locations, or want one system that both runs the studio and follows up with members, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits a studio like yours.
