For studios running Exercise.com
Nutripy vs Exercise.com: do you even need to switch?
Exercise.com covers the operations: booking, billing, workout delivery, your branded member app. What it sends members is email, SMS and push, fired by rule-based Automations. Nobody answers the 21:00 question, chases the lead who wrote back, or checks in on the member who went quiet. That is the assistant Nutripy adds.
Adding Nutripy on top is how studios start; we confirm fit with your system on the intro call.
Compare the two pathsExercise.com automates the trigger. Nutripy is the assistant that follows through.
Exercise.com is an all-in-one: booking, billing, workout delivery and white-label member apps, with rule-based Automations sending email, SMS and push. Nutripy is the AI assistant it doesn't ship: it answers and follows up with leads and members on WhatsApp and your website, and its copilot answers questions about your numbers. Keep Exercise.com for operations and add Nutripy on top, or replace it fully through early access.

The work Exercise.com leaves open
Three jobs, side by side. Your booking, billing and member app stay exactly where they are.
Follow-up that replies
The welcome text goes out on schedule. The lead writes back "can I come Tuesday instead?" Nobody sees it until Monday.
Follow-up that Exercise.com Automations don't finish
Exercise.com Automations fire on triggers: a templated email, SMS or push at the right moment. Nutripy runs the journey as a conversation: it writes each message, reads the reply, captures the trial booking, reschedules, and calls in your team when a human should step in.
Exercise.com alone: Automations send the templated message on a trigger. The reply waits in an inbox for staff.
With Nutripy: the sequence reads the reply and keeps going until the trial is booked. You set the level: suggest, approve, or fully automatic.

WhatsApp and website chat
Your renewal SMS sits unread. The same member has sent thirty WhatsApp messages since lunch.
WhatsApp, the channel missing from Exercise.com's stack
Exercise.com messages members through email, SMS and push, a US-style stack. In EU studios, members answer WhatsApp and little else. Nutripy runs two-way WhatsApp natively and puts a widget on your site that answers from your content and live schedule, then captures the booking.
Exercise.com alone: email, SMS and push built in. WhatsApp only by connecting Whippy, a third-party add-on.
With Nutripy: two-way WhatsApp and a website widget, answered in seconds, and the booking lands without anyone typing it in.

Do you have morning classes for beginners?
We do. Tuesday and Friday at 07:00 start easy, and the coach walks you through your first session. Want a spot?
Friday works. 07:00.
Friday 07:00 has space. I can hold it now, or send the details to your WhatsApp.

You want revenue per coach for last quarter. There's no report for it. You export three CSVs and start pasting.
The question Exercise.com's reports don't answer
Exercise.com ships fixed reports and dashboards; some reviewers on Capterra report accuracy issues with them. Nutripy's Business Copilot takes the question you actually have, pulls bookings, memberships, conversations and notes, and comes back with the number, the chart, and where it came from.
Exercise.com alone: the reports the platform ships, and CSV exports for everything else.
With Nutripy: ask in plain words, get the answer, the chart, and the sources it pulled from.

Where Exercise.com genuinely wins
- Custom-branded iOS and Android member apps, their flagship
- One system for the whole business: booking, billing, CRM, workout delivery, e-commerce, POS, door access
- Engagement mechanics out of the box: challenges, leaderboards, habit tracking, on-demand content
If you want one vendor for everything and members on your own branded app, that's their game. Nutripy doesn't play it: it adds the AI assistant and analytics on top.

“If Nutripy disappeared tomorrow, we'd need hours and hours every week just to stay on top of who needs attention. And we'd still miss things.”

Exercise.com and Nutripy, asked and answered
Do I need to move off Exercise.com to use Nutripy?
No. Nutripy works on top of the system you already run. Booking, billing, workout delivery and your member app stay in Exercise.com. Nutripy handles the rest as an AI assistant: lead follow-up, WhatsApp and website chat, and the analytics questions in between.
Does Exercise.com have WhatsApp integration?
Not natively. As of July 2026, Exercise.com's built-in channels are email, SMS and push notifications. WhatsApp can be added by connecting Whippy, a third-party communications tool. Nutripy is WhatsApp-native: two-way conversations, follow-up sequences and booking confirmations run on WhatsApp out of the box, with opt-in handling built for EU rules.
Does Exercise.com have AI?
No first-party AI, as of July 2026. The platform's engagement tooling is called Automations: rule-based triggers that send email, SMS or push. AI agents can be bolted on through the third-party Whippy integration. Nutripy ships an AI assistant as the core product: it writes follow-ups, answers members on WhatsApp and your website, and answers your own questions about studio data.
Is Nutripy an Exercise.com alternative?
For some studios, not all. If you lean on Exercise.com for workout delivery, a white-label member app and billing, it stays the right pick, and Nutripy does not do those jobs. Nutripy is the alternative when the gap is engagement: leads stall, quiet members slip away, and answers about your own numbers take too long. In that case you keep your operations software and add Nutripy as the AI assistant for follow-up, WhatsApp, website chat and on-demand analytics.
Can Nutripy replace Exercise.com completely?
Not for most studios yet, and not for everything. Nutripy doesn't do white-label member apps, POS or door access. On the intro call we'll tell you honestly where the full version of Nutripy stands and whether a switch fits a studio like yours.
